I'm enjoying looking at this extensions options. I have a question on user expiration options:

1.) I see it says "How many days since last activity should this user be either blocked or deleted." I'm looking to expire most registered users 30 days after their initial registration, not after inactivity. Will this work for my needs?

Thank you for your interest in UE Man.

The expire feature currently only looks at lastvisitDate, however with some minor code changes it would be possible to instead look at registerDate.
The code to change would be in /plugins/system/ueman/ueman.php
In the processUserExpiry
around line 192 and same thing around line 214
$query->where("a.lastvisitDate < '".$expiryDate."'");

//change to
$query->where("a.registerDate < '".$expiryDate."'");
